We take the privacy of our users—and the recipients of emails sent through our platform—very seriously. If you believe you've received spam from one of our customers, please let us know right away. We’ll take immediate action to resolve the issue.

Compliance with the Law

SMTPWire follows all relevant laws and regulations related to spam, including the following:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.): Enacted in 2003, this law sets rules for sending commercial emails and allows the government to enforce penalties, which can include fines or imprisonment of up to 5 years for violations.
  • IT Act 2000 (India): This law prohibits malicious communication via electronic means, including spam emails.

How You Can Protect Yourself from Spam

If you receive an unsolicited email from one of our users, here are a few steps you can take:

  • Click on the unsubscribe link in the email to stop receiving future messages.
  • Contact our support team to request removal from all future emails from SMTPWire.
  • If you believe a customer of SMTPWire has sent you spam, please report it to us immediately at support@smtpwire.com.
