We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and we will also notify you by email.
If a user violates any of the terms of this agreement, we have the right to cancel accounts or deny access to accounts, without offering a refund.
If we are unable to process your credit card payment, we will contact you via email. Your account will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
You are responsible for paying for all emails sent from your account, even if they are blocked by third-party services (e.g., email servers, ISPs, personal spam filters). We do not have control over these external factors.
For all email plans, including reseller and super reseller plans, your email credits will rollover and will not expire. However, if you do not log in to your account at least once within 2 months, your account—including all campaigns, lists, and other data—may be permanently deleted from our system.
SMTPWire does not guarantee open rates or link clicks. These depend on factors such as your email list quality and content.
Refunds are not available for any discounted or promotional plans.
We offer a 2-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within 2 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that you have not used more than 5% of any email credit plan (this does not apply to SMTP server services).
To request a refund, please submit your request within 2 days, along with a complete explanation. If eligible, we will issue a 50% refund of the total amount within 3 days.
